Minimum Requirements:
✔ Matric (Grade 12)
✔ Minimum 3 years' Retail Management or Supervisory experience
✔ Strong leadership, administration, and customer service skills
✔ Sound understanding of retail operations, stock control, and financial management

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and motivate a retail team to achieve sales targets
✅ Manage daily store operations and ensure operational excellence
✅ Oversee stock control, merchandising, and inventory management
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries
✅ Manage staff performance, training, scheduling, and development
✅ Monitor budgets, expenses, cash handling, and daily banking processes
✅ Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company procedures
✅ Drive store performance through effective planning and team leadership
