Our client, a well-established Food Manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join their team.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead all food safety, quality, and technical operations across the business
✔️ Manage the Quality & Technical team and drive continuous improvement initiatives
✔️ Maintain and improve the FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System
✔️ Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and customer requirements
✔️ Oversee product quality from raw materials through to final product delivery
✔️ Lead audits, inspections, and food safety compliance activities
✔️ Drive customer complaint reduction through root cause analysis
✔️ Develop technical strategies, training plans, and cross-functional improvements

Requirements:
✔️ BTech / BSc in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
✔️ ISO 22000 Lead Auditor certification
✔️ Strong knowledge of HACCP, PRPs, and FSSC 22000 systems
✔️ Minimum 5 years' experience in a Technical or Quality leadership role within food manufacturing
✔️ Solid understanding of microbiology and food safety principles
✔️ Experience within the meat or cold foods industry is advantageous
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔️ High attention to detail and ability to work in a compliance-driven environment
