💰 R40,000 – R60,000 CTC per month

Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead Salesforce CRM and digital transformation projects from planning through to successful delivery.

This role requires more than general project coordination. You’ll need the technical understanding to engage confidently with development teams, manage integrations and delivery risks, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing Salesforce projects across scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks and quality
• Establishing milestones, assigning responsibilities and removing delivery blockers
• Coordinating technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Providing clear project updates, risks and mitigation plans to senior leadership
• Overseeing technical delivery, system integrations and SDLC compliance
• Driving decisions, change management and continuous improvement
• Ensuring solutions align with Salesforce best practices and the organisation’s global CRM framework

✅ What we’re looking for:
• At least 7 years’ project delivery experience within complex IT environments
• Strong Salesforce CRM implementation and support experience
• Sound knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience managing integrations with ERP or enterprise systems
• Understanding of APIs and technologies such as REST, JSON and XML
• Technical fluency in Apex, Visualforce, HTML, Java and object-oriented concepts
• Strong stakeholder management, executive reporting and cross-functional leadership skills
• The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams

☑️ Highly advantageous:
• A relevant IT or Business degree
• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP or a comparable project management certification
• Salesforce DevOps and enterprise integration experience
• Previous hands-on software development experience
