Trainee Property Inspector

The League of Companies is supporting one of our members in the home inspection sector with the recruitment of an energetic, motivated and trustworthy Trainee Property Inspector based in Gauteng.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the professional property inspection industry. No previous property inspection experience is required, as full training will be provided.

• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence
• Own cellphone
• Computer literate
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Physically fit and healthy
• Neat and professionally presented
• Friendly and confident, with strong people skills
• Able to communicate professionally with customers
• Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Eager to learn and undergo professional training
• Able to work independently once training is completed
• Willing to travel to inspection appointments throughout Gauteng
• Basic knowledge of, or an interest in, building construction, property or maintenance will be advantageous
