Are you passionate about developing people and driving performance? We're looking for an experienced Training Facilitator to join our team and help upskill talent in the call centre space.



What you'll do:

- Facilitate interactive classroom and on-the-job training

- Conduct training needs analysis and develop content to close performance gaps

- Deliver training on e-learning platforms, LMS systems, and blended learning environments

- Engage, motivate, and manage diverse learner groups

- Coach and deliver strong presentations and public speaking sessions



What we're looking for:

- Requirements:

- Matric (Grade 12)

- 2–3 years’ experience in a call centre training role

- Proven experience in: sales, debt collection product training, soft skills, and compliance training

- Experience working with call centre scripts and campaign-specific content

- Qualifying Criteria:

- Skilled in needs analysis + content development

- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS, or blended learning

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills
