We are looking for an experienced Travel Specialist to manage scheduled tours, charters, transfers, private guided travel, seat-in-coach bookings and self-drive itineraries across B2B and B2C channels.

Key requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12
• Group-series and FIT reservation experience
• Excellent knowledge of South African tourism, routes, geography, seasonality and transport
• Experience quoting accommodation, tours, transfers and charters
• Working knowledge of tour costing, invoicing, margins and payments
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams skills
• Tourplan experience would be advantageous
• Excellent communication, supplier liaison and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to assist with after-hours duties when required
