We are exploring the addition of a Virtual Assistant to support both Human Resources and Executive-level administrative functions. Our primary goal is to establish a dependable, scalable support function that helps us to enhance responsiveness, improve efficiency, and reduce administrative burden on internal team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
• Manage and triage email communications, including drafting and responding on behalf of leadership
• Coordinate and maintain calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently • Provide general administrative support as needed
Operational Functions:
• Perform light data analysis and reporting
• Manage patient calls and related communications as needed
Human Resources:
• Assist with recruiting efforts, including resume screening, interview coordination, sourcing efforts, and candidate communication
• Respond to routine employee HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of employee HR records
