Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor/Foreman to lead their workshop operations in Roodepoort!

📍 Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng
💰 Salary: R20,000 - R25,000 CTC

Essential Requirements:
✅ Red Seal Trade Qualification (Motor Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic)
✅ Proven supervisory/foreman experience in an automotive workshop
✅ Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repairs and maintenance
✅ Valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities:
👥 Supervise and manage workshop technicians and mechanics
🔧 Oversee daily workshop operations and workflow
📋 Ensure quality control and adherence to manufacturer standards
⏰ Manage job allocation and ensure deadlines are met
📊 Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency
🛡️ Ensure health and safety compliance in the workshop
🔍 Conduct quality inspections on completed work
